So it's best to use a sunscreen that contains both UVA and UVB protection. So look out for a sunscreen labeled "broad spectrum protection," which means it has passed the critical wavelength test to protect you from both agin and burning rays. Your welcome.

So this is a little cheat, I got this as a sample in one of our goodie bags that we get annually on every company retreat. I don't use it everyday because it is so precious to me and also because I can't afford it when I run out of it. Hello! So I've been meaning to blog for quite a while now but I just haven't had the time to do it. So a little while ago I celebrated my birthday, October 19 (which unfortunately fell on a weekday). Nevertheless, I've always referred to October as my "birthday month" so it really doesn't matter what day it fell on.
